    Regular meetings of the Board are normally held monthly during the school year, on the 4th Wednesday of the month, at 6:00 pm in the school library at 7799 21st Avenue, Lemoore. Special meetings may be called when necessary; the agenda, location, and time will be announced in advance.  Meetings during the summer months may be scheduled as necessary.

    Individuals who wish to address the Board may do so by either:

    • Submitting an email to Charlotte Hines at: charlottehines@island.k12.ca.us
    • Leaving a voice message by calling 559-924-6424 (voice message will be transcribed). Please include your name, agenda item number or subject matter being addressed, along with a 250-word description of the subject matter being addressed. Emails and voicemails must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on May 27, 2020 in order to be part of the record for the Board’s information and/or discussion. Comments submitted will be included in the minutes. Please note that consistent with Board Bylaw 9323, any statements submitted for public comment that are inappropriate in nature, including, but not limited to statements that are obscene, threatening or substantially disruptive to school operations, will either be redacted, or will not be posted. A maximum of 20 minutes total will be allowed for public forum items.  A maximum of 3 minutes per speaker will be allowed.
